今日係21號....

奧運已經過了一大半，我最鐘意嘅ｐｉｎｇｐａｎｇ　ｂａｌｌ　開始了，

中國加油！！　王楠加油 !! 最後一次奧運, 為自己再上一層樓!!

 

最近諗緊轉唔轉工好....人工會比而家好好多...但我又想完咗件事去先走....
唔知點好咁...有點煩惱......人愈大就愈多嘢諗......我都想relax 下...點好呢?

而家d錢好似多多都唔夠咁...精神都係....經常好累.....真係要休息下先得~

 

兩個人一齊最緊要係開心,坦誠都好緊要, 但如果唔開心的話, 咁一齊又有咩意思呢?

當然, 兩口子有時吵鬧下會係生活嘅情趣, 但唔好唔坦誠囉...一次不忠,百次不容......

趁今晚總結一下2007年嘅大事啦!

一月生日時許下嘅願望大致上都能實現, 唯獨仍未能找到合適的女友....
最重要的係成功減肥!!
友人跑出做了老襯..
第一次做兄弟,
第一次著老西係唔係為了返工...
終於考到電單車了
又讀完了個interior design 同autocad
亦因為咁而終於同chevalier分了手
再去了澳門做嘢, 亦都解決哂所有關係
再返番hk做嘢....
大學exam 合格
再做了車主,
又買到我最愛的atom live
識到一些對工作上有幫助的同事~
特別多謝我大佬~ 總有你鼓勵!

今日係8月31日

本是一個幾令人開心的日子,

但卻發生咗小小事.....

下午3點, 我走咗去捐血 , ( 唔好玩啦, 阿忠! 你會咩?)

無錯, 仲要係第二次添! (係你地唔了解我啫!)

第二次捐血, 本以為應該駕輕就熟, 但卻出現血管收縮, 抽唔到!

 起初係抽右手先 (woo 我竟然識分左右手)

拮咗入去, 2分鐘後, 個"護士長" 同我講 :

" 嘩! 2分鐘先得20c.c 咋喎"

"咁即係咩呀?"

" 即係你d血流得好慢"

"吓? 會唔會同本身個人嘅問題?"

" 會架! 咁你最近做過d咩黎丫?"

"減肥....." 細聲的說

"哦..咁一係試吓另一隻手,好嗎? 因為咁樣落去唔樂觀"

"哦! 唔好意思呀"

"唔緊要, 你肯捐已經好好, 但係又要你痛多次,拮多一次"

"哦! 唔緊要....真係唔好意思, 唔好意思..."

護士長走咗過另一邊幫我 "再" 試一次, 人地捐一次血用大概5-8分鐘 就捐完一包450, 我上次都差不多, 但今次就足足over 15 mins 先 抽到320 c.c. .

"小小痛呀!" 她把針頭"對"咗入去.

"e, 好似好d喎! 不過都仲係好慢...."  我聽到勁無奈>.<

"唔好意思...."

佢笑了一笑 就繼續睇住我隻手. 不時喺個針口嗰度摔下摔下, 令d血流快d...

n 分鐘後, 佢就幫我"but" 出黎, 佢仲要話" 終於抽完!"

哎喲...我覺得超樣衰....... 

岩岩剪完髪...諗想這首歌...點解呢??

左腳無啦啦住痛, 唔通琴晚整親?? 又眼訓,3點半先sleep..

成朝好平靜咁渡過,平時既我去咗邊呀,Man??

成個人落哂形....收到EMAIL, 知道咗D嘢, 勁唔開心, 仲有D D 水滴出黎TIM呀.....

同事梗係唔知啦, 結果成日都係咁過....

係LUNCH 時, 人累心又累...想静静的一個人, 結果選擇同BB一齊訓....

梗係無食LUNCH 啦, 3點幾先落樓下買個麵包食, 原本都唔想食架, 要減肥呀又.....

又肥咗喇.....57K 都要減.... 如果唔係今晚EXAM, 我都唔會食! 我想KEEP 得好d 呀!!

起碼自己都會開心, 未來嘅女友都滿意!!

又踏上返家的旅途了...岩岩考完試, 唔知得唔得....

但仍然保持一貫考試作風: 2支筆, 做完即走!

講真, 我都幾鐘意咁嘅作風, 因為2 手空空入center,

帶哂 d 書入去都無用, 又睇唔到.....得過重字.....lor lai jeans~

結果早少少走.....但當簽走時,發現有人仲快過我走....

8.20分就走?? 佢似唔識做多d...哈哈...我幾點走??比收卷早少少啦!

走了後, 好想打比一個妳, 但無打到......

一個人由港澳碼頭行去ifc, 去影番同搵返個晚嘅感覺,

一個人真係好on 9 9 架...!! 之後坐690返屋企, 搭巴士途中見到我後座有一束RED ROSE,

吉到我鬼死咁痛....咁我擰頭過去睇啦...佢比我嚇了一跳....

之後我擰番前面, 10秒唔夠後, 我好唐突咁去問可否影張相, 因為真係好靚!!

其中, ps 打比我....過佢岩岩出院, 聽到都好唔知點咁......希望佢無事啦!!

星期六, on 99 入上水度尺......搞到男主角由230等到5點 先有得tea...... 但最後又cancel咗....咁岩sylvia 又call me 話食飯, 又推咗......激死佢......

sorry ar.... 嗰個阿欣又叫男主角食韓燒, suck ! 男主角最怕食韓燒......又話要去蘭桂坊.........之後又話阿輝沖涼慢又放我地飛機.....最後我地1點先食到飯....

David Beckham made a fairy-tale competitive home debut for the Los  Angeles Galaxy on Wednesday night at The Home Depot Center, scoring his first goal in an LA uniform and setting up another as he led the Galaxy to a 2-0 victory against D.C. United and a place in the inaugural SuperLiga final.

Beckham scored the Galaxy's first goal with a stunning free kick midway through the first half, then set Landon Donovan free behind the United defense for a breakaway goal early in the second, before leaving the field just after the hour mark.

It was Beckham, making his first Galaxy start, who was trying to set the tone for Los Angeles. Playing a central midfield role with Kevin Harmse alongside, with Landon Donovan and Kyle Martino on the wings, Beckham earned his first yellow card with the Galaxy in the 18th minute for a hard sliding tackle on Moreno.

The move certainly seemed to spark the Galaxy, as minutes later LA launched a counter attack that nearly resulted in a goal. Donovan beat two defenders at midfield then found Beckham streaking down the right side. Beckham played a low cross into the area that caused some anxious moments as Bryan Namoff's clearance attempt just went to the outside of the post.

Everybody in The Home Depot Center rose to their feet and flashbulbs lit the sky in the 27th minute as the Galaxy won a free kick in front of the United goal. From 24 yards out, Beckham stepped over the ball and did not disappoint, finding the back of the net with one of his trademark free kicks to give the Galaxy the lead. He whipped his right-footed effort back across his body, over the left edge of the United wall and inside the left-hand post as United goalkeeper Troy Perkins was left rooted to his line.

Scoring chances for both teams became a little more difficult to come by after the goal, but in the 40th minute, rookie defender Mike Randolph intercepted a bad pass and started a counter attack for LA. Randolph fed Carlos Pavon, who slowed the ball down and flicked the ball on for strike partner Edson Buddle. Running into the box, Buddle chested down the ball, but with his momentum carrying him away from goal, could only manage a weak toe-poke that Perkins easily saved.

As the half wore down, Galaxy fans were left wondering if Beckham would be coming out to start the second half, or if he would go beyond the 45 minutes he had promised. All questions were answered as Beckham was the last man to trot onto the field to start the second half.

The decision to keep Beckham on the field paid immediate dividends. Just two minutes into the second half, Beckham fed Landon Donovan with a perfectly weighted pass that wrong-footed United's Josh Gros. In alone behind the defense, Donovan broke in on Perkins, fired low and found the back of the net as a retreating Devon McTavish caused the slightest deflection, doubling the Galaxy's advantage.

Cannon was forced into making a brilliant save minutes later. D.C. built an attack up the left flank and Emilio received a short pass inside the area before snapping a quick shot towards the back post. It brought a great reaction save from Cannon, who deflected the ball wide of the post.

Emilio was denied a second time in as many minutes. Second-half substitute Christian Gomez slipped a through pass to the Brazilian who beat Cannon to the ball, but couldn't get his shot past the hard charging Galaxy 'keeper.

As the game started to open up, the Galaxy won another free kick within Beckham's range. From just a bit farther out, Beckham again tested Perkins. This time however, the United goalkeeper was able to get to the shot, catching it cleanly as he dove to his right.

That was the last highlight of the night for the Englishman as Pete Vagenas entered the game for Beckham in the 63rd minute, eliciting an ovation from the Galaxy faithful in attendance.

Following Beckham's departure, the field almost immediately became tilted towards the Galaxy goal, as United mounted one attack after another. But the Galaxy defended in numbers and limited the threat on their goal to a few corners, and no significant shots on goal.

As the final minutes ticked on, the Galaxy dropped 10 men behind the midfield line in an attempt to preserve the shutout. The strategy paid off as the Galaxy weren't greatly threatened the remainder of the way, and after four minutes of stoppage time, they had moved on to the Superliga final in two weeks, where they will play host to CF Pachuca, a team they defeated 2-1 at The Home Depot Center to begin the tournament.
